This programme aims at supporting and developing the capabilities of existing small project owners, for projects which have been operating for more than 24 months, since the programme has a number of development partners in various fields and also a number of local and international houses of expertise which can offer support and help for newly established small projects.

This level of training aims at providing small project owner with skills necessary to achieve a balanced human resource development in his project and also enhancing the project, to be able to execute a new production line or develop an existing one or developing certain services.

The duration of the training is 16 certified hours with focus on marketing skills, in addition to development of human resources and maintaining them in the project.
