The objectives of Intilaaqah Egypt are as follows:
- To increase awareness of young Egyptians aged between 18-32 of the value of small and medium enterprises as viable career options and encourage them to start their own businesses.
- To recognize successful young entrepreneurs and promote them as role models.
- To build the business capacity of unemployed youth to become self-employed.
- To demonstrate Shell Egypt social commitment to the Egyptian community.
